Akansh Partners, LLC ("Akansh Partners," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website akansh.io and the Technology Due Diligence Scoping Tool. We are a technology M&A advisory firm providing due diligence services to private equity firms, strategic acquirers, and other transaction participants.

• Project details: project name, target company information, deal type, timeline, and transaction value range
• Scope selections: due diligence areas, tier preferences, and depth overrides
• Signatory information: name, title, company, and address for engagement letter generation

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide our scoping tool service, generate draft scope documents and engagement letters, and contact you regarding your projects or potential engagements. We may also send you resume links that allow you to return to your in-progress work. We do not use your information for marketing purposes unrelated to your specific inquiry.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Your project data is stored securely in Supabase, which maintains servers in the European Union. Email notifications are processed through Resend, a transactional email service. Additionally, some data may be stored in your browser's local storage to enable you to resume your work across sessions.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our tool (such as hosting and email providers), but only to the extent necessary to provide our services to you.

Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have certain rights regarding your personal data. We retain your project data for as long as your project remains active or until you request deletion. If you would like us to delete your data, please contact us at the email address below, and we will process your request promptly.
