Purpose of This Tool

The Technology Due Diligence Scoping Tool is provided by Akansh Partners, LLC to help prospective clients draft preliminary scope documents for technology, cybersecurity, and product due diligence engagements. The tool is intended for informational and planning purposes only. Documents generated by this tool are drafts meant to facilitate discussion and alignment between parties.

No Client Relationship

Use of this scoping tool does not create a client relationship, engagement, or contract between you and Akansh Partners. No advisory services are provided through this tool. A client relationship is established only upon execution of a signed Engagement Letter by both parties. Until such time, Akansh Partners has no obligation to you, and you should not rely on any output from this tool as professional advice.

Your Responsibilities

By using this tool, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Use the tool only for lawful purposes related to legitimate business transactions
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the tool or its underlying technology
  • Not use the tool to generate documents for fraudulent or misleading purposes

Service Availability

Intellectual Property

The scoping tool, including its design, functionality, and underlying code, is owned by Akansh Partners, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use documents generated by the tool for your internal business purposes. This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the tool itself.

Limitation of Liability

Akansh Partners shall not be liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on documents generated by this tool. The tool produces draft documents for discussion purposes only, and all final terms must be negotiated and agreed upon in a signed Engagement Letter. In no event shall Akansh Partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this tool.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the tool shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the tool after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
